Position Description: 1.Leading an overall consumer NB project team own development, qualification and life cycle management. 2.Leading and working with the design team, cross-functional team and suppliers to ensure the design meets the requirements for user experience, feature set, functionality, cost and quality 3.Leads team to successfully deliver the goals for schedule, budget and production ramp rate on your assigned program 4.Effective management and development of team members with good communication mechanism improvement. #### Position Requirements: 1\. 5 year plus consumer electronics product development experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills, good team leadership skills and tactical execution skills 2\. Ability to manage multiple programs and/or areas simultaneously, excellent problem solving and analysis skills, understanding of appropriate technologies, vendor products, and competitor's offerings, ability to analyze options for critical design elements and features and determines optimum selection, Insight and skill to effectively manage cultural differences 3\. Ability to drive cross-functional development efforts through conception, planning, implementation, and sustaining 4\. Ability to write and analyze requirements, functional specifications, design specifications, tech plans, and documentation.
