Your Challenge The candidate, reporting to a line manager and a in-country manager, will be responsible for: ensuring the properly execution of maintenance projects and know the set of technical assets; handling the local real estate lifecycle maintenance and customer specific maintenance; developing long-term maintenance plans and applications for maintenance investments. planning and managing technical projects to ensure successful implementation. developing customer and fit-out project and implementing technical concepts/projects so as to reduce costs, e.g., maintenance and opex. ensuring alignment to maintenance principles, guideline and processes as well as to local building standards and regulations, including accurate documentation of owned buildings in asset register. the execution of local EHS-aspects and minimization of risks in order to ensure legally compliant operation and live zero harm culture. maintaining knowledge and good understanding about the technical assets/equipment and its conditions. being a local interface to Facility Management Providers for hard services. steering and tracking delivery of hard facility services and review existing services regarding provider quality and customer demand. supporting the evaluation and selection of outsourced vendor and service provider for hard facility services in alignment with Regional Asset Manager. What you need to bring with you Comprehensive skills and experience in corporate real estate during building operations and asset management including real estate related applications and building technologies. A degree in architecture or/and engineering science (mechanical/electrical/civil) as well as experience with CAD Property management and project management consistent experience in the past IT affinity - by keeping in touch with the newest improvements in the area of technological innovation and apply them in the company Interaction abilities and excellent discussion skills - you like interaction with customer and have strong service and solution approach.
