Job Description

Leverage your expertise to effectively engage with hiring managers to understand the needed requirements and when necessary, challenge the hiring managers talent requirements and assumptions. Develop, plan, validate and drive operational response to the hiring manager talent requirements.

Additional job expectations include:

  • Influence managers and other business group stakeholders to align internal efforts to the best recruiting approaches to hire the top candidates for their needs.

  • Generate new ideas and creative solutions to problems while meeting talent deliverables.

  • Advise customize and bring expertise to the candidate beyond the proposed role.

  • Generate a dialog that is based on the candidates needs and desires.

  • Create value to the candidate by helping candidates understand their challenges and opportunities in a new or different way helping them arrive at new or better solutions than those they would have discovered on their own (eg. identifying Intel opportunities beyond a specific role) acting as the candidate’s advocate in Intel.

  • Build trusting relationship with candidates and be the person that provides the candidates with the window into Intel. This would encompass providing insight to the Intel business and culture by building a personalized relationship, providing timely follow up and feedback, and communicating the role clearly. 

  • Demonstrate agility and effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios working in a self- directed environment

  • Grasp new concepts and come up to speed quickly in response to new assignments.

  • Generate out-of-the-box solutions despite ambiguity highlighting and covering gaps as driven by business needs.

Contract: estimated 12-Month Contract


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field or 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting including consulting hiring managers and closing candidates

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting talent in most of the following areas:  software/hardware systems, engineering, or related technologies.

  • Experience recruiting for multinational companies

  • Experience in advising, customizing and enhancing the candidate experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$200,000.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
