 This position is a technical sales account manager responsible for the Central American region. You will help grow and drive this new business into the region and help us grow business into multi-million dollar a year revenue business.  You will be have the opportunity to put together a regional\national business plan and drive execution.  You will be given leadership opportunities to drive go to market, account based marketing and event plans for the region and integrate into our overall global plan.

Main responsibilities:

  • Advising and influencing end user customers, partners and scale engines.
  • Understanding the business use case and technical merits of a solution and co-owning relationships with customer/partner decision makers to influence the customers purchasing decision.
  • Works with all audiences to accelerate adoption of Intel based commercial services including Intel Unite.
  • Providing direct customer engagements and technical assistance in an effort to enable awareness and adoption of Intel based commercial services including Intel Unite.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders delivering value via technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Drive end customer solution deployment through remote and in-person assistance.
  • Collect and analyze key issues detracting from the deployability of client solutions and drive back to resolution.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field OR equivalent experience 4 years, in addition to:
  • 5+ years of enterprise IT experience including knowledge of client management and deployment of client technologies and/or related sales experience in this area.
  • Advanced English level
  • Willing to travel. (Approx. 12-18 days per quarter depending on home location)

Preferred

  • UC\Collaboration platform experience (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx)
  • SaaS deployment, support model experience
  • Past Account manager experience

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
