Job Summary:
Essential responsibility is focus on products and solution sales from EPM, especially focus on new technology/solutions.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
- Execute sales strategies, effective leverage on technology and solutions to, among others, ensure technological introduction, market adaptation as well as market penetration and win rates.
- Discuss trends, customer concerns, and competitors’ activities with the Regional Sales Leader.
- Provide feedback on market outlook, progression on sales opportunity progression to enable clear market and sales development to enable clear visibility for business forecasting and planning.
- Communicate successful prospecting, advocating, closing, ongoing sales and field support of Environment and Process Monitoring products in assigned territories.
- Participate and assist in developing plans in relation to advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and sales management.
- Create a high quality relationship with all target customers.
- Execute the business unit’s sales strategy and be its representative in the assigned region. Routine and consistent reporting on sales activities, participate on various business reporting as required. Work closely with team to coordinate marketing/sales activities.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Environmental science or engineering preferred. Knowledge/education background in process engineering will also be considered. Post graduate qualification in these related technical areas is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Environment related regulations and/or the implementations in any of the countries within South East Asia and Taiwan will be an advantage
Experience Qualifications:
- 2-3 of work experience in technical sales and/or direct experience
- Experience in training or providing application guidance to related industries and agencies will be very useful but not necessary.
- Strong technical knowledge preferably in Environment (especially air pollution and stack emission area for the start).
- Must be strong team player who can effectively operate in a connected, yet remote environment
Skills Requirements:
- Excellent communication and influencing skills (English; additional languages a plus)
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage associated stress
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally approximately 20-50%(depends on locations)
- Ability to quickly adapt to different cultures

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to heavily matrixed, cross regional reporting structure.
