This is a Technical Sales Support Specialist role reporting to the STS Manager in the Business Area - Motion, IEC LV Motors located in Chengdu or Chongqing, China.

Your responsibilities

• Providing fast daily sales support for domestic sales units including motor data sheet, dimension drawing, technical solution.
• Providing motor quotation.
• Signing technical agreement with customer.
• Communicating with back-end department for complex technical solution feasibility.
• Visiting customers to support sales, collecting market requirement.
• Helping sales to promote new product and new solution.

Your background

• Must be a University graduate or above with major in Mechanical Engineering. Mechanical or electrical engineering background on electrical motors.
• Minimum three years’ experience in machine sales and support works.
• Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Fluent English (oral and written)
• Good PC skills, Microsoft office, AutoCAD, NX
• Must be action oriented, customer orientation, goal-oriented, have the capability to work independently, be motivational, organized and have planning skills
• Be good at communication, full of enthusiasm and like challenges.
• Willing to work with different cultures.
