If you feel at ease building long lasting partnerships with clients and like collaborating in a fast-paced team we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Technical Sales Support for OEM within our Building Products business unit based in Milan. The Smart Infrastructure Division from Siemens intelligently connects energy systems, buildings and industries to adapt and evolve the way we live and work. We work together with customers and partners to create an ecosystem that intuitively responds to the needs of people and helps customers to better use resources. Want to know more?: https://new.siemens.com/global/en/company/about/businesses/smart-infrastructure.html Your Challenge: Assist customers and Sales with product selection, product and system configuration, application questions and other pre-sales technical support; Performs site surveys to develop base design or installation plans; Completes technical analyses and supports proposal process at any stage as part of the sales team; Acts as the direct point of contact for our customer base as well as for our outside sales team; Analyzes customers' technical setup to better judge on pre-and/or after-sales support requirements; Acts as standardized interface to customer with escalation paths within RC and escalation paths towards HQ; May perform internal or external product trainings; What you need to bring with you: You have a proven previous experience in HVAC and OEM Systems & products market; Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Available to national business trips Fluent in English and Italian Growth & Inclusive Mindset European Work Permit What can we further offer?
