The role: As a sales support professional representative for the segment of DI PA DCP Digital Connectivity & Power (Ruggedcom) you are going to oversee technical support of the complete Ruggedcom technology portfolio in Mexico & constant support for Americas region, especially in the Power & Utilities market. You’ll be reporting to a Global manager and as in country manager. You need to have technical abilities to promote the portfolio and technically support our customers and sales channels, fulfill our goals in SIEMENS and promote the Ownership culture with our colleagues. Main responsibilities: • Technical Workshops (Final users, OEM´s, EPC´s) • Special technical trainings • Technical Certifications for Switching & Routing, Wireless and Security • Paid technical consultants and supports • Cybersecurity • Technical support for special projects, even in weekends or holidays. • Direct contact with HQ for technical topics • Special Technical Support for “Must Win” projects with final users. • PoC´s development Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
