Job Description This position is responsible for managing all technical product-related needs within the Siemens Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Information (RFI) Process for IDNs, GPOs, and Field Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for addressing the technical needs of each individual RPP/RFI, ensuring all areas relating to product specifications, characteristics, and features are met with a high degree of competence and consistency. This individual will work independently and along with fellow teammates to determine current priorities, as well as interact with Customer Management and other resources (TAC, Second Level Support, Marketing, Service Organization, etc.) He or she will also support the development and maintenance of RFP re-usable content in the RFP Response Management software database (Loopio), with a primary focus on instrumentation and reagents, ensuring content accuracy and consistency for future RFP/PFI proposals. The individual will also be responsible for other activities within the RFP process, including but not limited to development of proposal materials and other RFP Process administrative duties as requested. Job Requirements Medical Technology degree preferred with in depth knowledge of Siemens instrumentation (preferably Chemistry/Automation including IT) and reagent capabilities, able to represent and demonstrate our products in a technical nature. 3-5 years of clinical lab experience, understanding medical technology terms and procedures. 2-3 years technical sales and/or marketing experience Able to multitask and work under stressful and demanding conditions. Able to work long hours when necessary, including evenings and weekends, displaying reliability and dedication to the job. Strong written communication, results oriented, and organizational skills. The pay range for this position is $85,490 – $130,050 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
