Job Description
Are you ready to support Siemens Industry Inc. Customers, Internal and External Sales Team, and Customer Service Advocates? If so, Siemens Large Drives has an excellent technical support role with a flexible onsite schedule. In this role you will provide critical support to our domestic and international customers, internal and external sales team, and Customer Service Advocates. Responsibilities Prepares Technical Proposals for Customer Service Portfolio Products including Time & Material Services, Upgrades, Parts, Etc. Support Internal and External Sales Team with Proposal related requests Support Customer Service Advocate Team with Service Order related requests Review Purchase Orders and provide support to the order controlling team Support Business Development team on new customer offerings. Collaborate with various technical resources within Siemens, customers, and vendors. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualified experience Validated customer support experience/Customer Focus Ability to adapt/respond to different types of professional personalities Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time optimally Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 2+ years of sales / proposal development 2+ years electrical engineering background experience SAP experience SharePoint, Sales Force, Team Center Experience Variable frequency drives experience At Siemens, our mission is to transform the every day.
