We are looking for a Technical Sales Support for Electrification & Automation Business, committed to Electrification & Automation market such as infrastructure and industry or design offices (North Italy), to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Business area. Your Challenge As Technical Sales Support your mission will be to to build long lasting partnerships with clients. Some of the main activities will be: Develop new business opportunities on assigned target customers Visit customers (es: infrastructure and industry or design offices) to explore their needs and to update and train them on new products Collaborate with BU colleagues to share market data updates and competitor’s offer Influence partners and the Customer’s “Decision makers” Act as focal point in building positive relationships inside Siemens and on the client’s side To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering Ability to manage Sales Policy in terms of Pricing, Discount, General Terms & Conditions in the specific market Availability to frequent business trips Great teammate, strong communication & interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a changing environment Efficiency in collaboration in networks across businesses and functions Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Proficiency in English and Italian Eligibility to work in Italy What we offer Flexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results,; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.
