Requirement:

-A minimum of five years of experience in technical sales and / or business
development position in above specified preferred industries
-Very good negotiation skills in direct customer contact
-Good presentation skills
-Analytical skills / thinking in a structured way – professional project management
Effective problem solving and mediation skills.
-Excellent English language skills
-Capability for networking and building up relations with customers
-Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations
-Proven ability to build up a technical lab team and to develop it
-Oversee and manage opportunities in the different Asian adhesive associations
and advertising media
-Organize the availability of company members for media and presentations at
Asian adhesive conferences
-Oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials with General Manager and Managing Director
- With the potential for future position as Sales & Technical Customer Service Manager - Asia Pacific.
