Position Summary:
The Technical Service Analyst supports the Customer Technology Service (CTS) team in China. This team works closely with Technology Product Development team, Sales and Marketing in providing Technology support for the customer in great China for Lubes (engine oil). The main role of the Technical Service Analyst is to support the Technologist by providing laboratory-based testing support and carrying out analytical evaluation of test results.

Key Outputs: What we can expect from you
? Support the Technologists in execution of technology programs
? Experimental work to evaluate additive performance; conduct harms testing and support new product commercialization
? Collation and documentation of test results and other information in the formats needed for product performance representation
? Procurement from service providers of the analyses and tests needed to validate lubricants properties and performance, ensuring on-time delivery
? Assist in smooth functioning of laboratory by ensuring highest standard of laboratory safety, housekeeping, security, equipment maintenance and accuracy of test data through calibration and statistical quality control
? Participation in project/activity teams, presentation of results and conclusions of the work as required
? Any additional responsibilities as assigned
