This position is majorly responsible for site service and daily service-related work.

Your responsibilities

• Performing site testing & commissioning of EP products.
• Performing field service activities including trouble shooting, maintenance, bonus service & etc.
• Providing technical support for customers, sales team and SP.
• Providing trainings for customer at site and at ABB facilities.
• Performing site works according to ABB’s technical, health & safety standards.
• Accepting & processing service request in service platform in time and with high quality.
• Following the requirement for work quality for data filling, goods return and other daily work.
• Giving feedback to the quality related issues to vendors in time.
• Supporting service provider to develop service business.

Your background

• Must have a College degree or above with major in Electrical Machines, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Technical service engineer.
• Must be good at English listening, speaking, reading & writing skills.
• Must have excellent teamwork skills with strong personality and be a good communicator.
• Proven ability to influence customers & cross-functional teams without formal authority and wwillingness to travel are desired.
