A well reputed Developer is Technical Service Manager/Project Manager to assist them in Hong Kong for their New Build projects.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Building Services/Mechanical Engineering or relevant
• 10+ years’ experience in design and project management for Commercial, Shopping Malls or Residential works  
• Reporting to the Director of Projects you will manage between consultants and contractors with planning, cost, construction quality and E&M works from inception to completion
• The candidate will lead the technical service team with building and repair and maintenance works including reinstatement, fitting out and renovations
• Chartered Membership of HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent will be highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
