Job Description
Ø Technical services:
Execute training sessions for selected accounts
Organize data collection for selected accounts
Using the above, realize plant audits and develop recommendations for process optimizations. Report to management. Liaison with management for communication to customers.
Upon the request of management, troubleshoot fermentation and fermentation related processes of selected customers/key accounts. Report to management. Liaison with management for communication to customers.
Assist in customer inquiries to assure fermentation and fermentation related process issues are resolved with selected customers/key accounts.
Assist Technical Sales Managers to assure fermentation and fermentation related processes are optimized with selected customers/key accounts.
Provide direct technical support to key accounts by reviewing data, writing technical reports and providing recommendations / follow up to resolve any fermentation issues.
Upon request of management, assist / provide technical training to the Leaf team members.
Monitor competitive activity by identifying and following up product & services offer. Report to management.
Ø Promotion
Take an active role in the promotion of products & services through technical publications, paper and poster presentations, and participation national trade shows, conferences and seminars based on instructions of management
In collaboration with the Marketing team, prepare technical presentations, posters, papers, articles or other and give technical lectures in selected conferences, tradeshows, seminars, workshops and more..
Ø Quality & Regulatory
Document and follow up on complaints from customers. Liaison with management as and when required.
Inform the Manager and Regulatory Manager on question related to the product compliance.
Qualifications
Education: Master degree in biosciences or equivalent
Experience: More than 5 years
Knowledge: Knowledge in Fermentation, microbiology, statistics, nutrition, chemistry
Language: Native language Chinese, Fluent in English
Software: Standard office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook…), Proficient in using statistical software (JMP, Statgraphics…)
