Scope of Duties:

• Providing solution to technical problems raised by customers and maintenance staff
• Assisting Production departments when necessary in preparing technical reports / documents related to all aspects of overhaul and maintenance of aviation systems
• Liaison with component OEMs, customers and production department with respect to technical support matters
• Compilation of component maintenance work cards
• Providing equipment and tooling selection, design, manufacture, improvement, and operation/maintenance procedure to meet current acceptance standards
• Evaluation & preparation of alternate tools, part and material approval document
• Drafting of repair schemes and engineering orders
• Evaluation/ investigation of aircraft systems /components damages or MOR
• Cross-functional project participation
• Prepare component project proposal
• Work Location : Mainly in HAECO Component Repair & Overhaul (Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong)

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in aeronautical, mechanical or related disciplines; A degree in other disciplines but with equivalent related work experience may be considered
• A minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in aircraft components discipline
• Experience in create and update Maintenance Task Card, Engineering Order & related maintenance document
• Attained Part 21 DOA training Course conducted by EASA or equivalent is an advantage
• Good understanding on FAA , EASA, CAD, CAAC regulations
• Experience in CoE, 5S process improvement is an advantage
• Sound business acumen and strong project management skill
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Ability to work under pressure with good decision making
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Basic computer software knowledge and experience in AutoCAD
