Maintenance:
Operate- and improve daily maintenance operation, such as:
- Management of WC and BCs
- Improve Sparepart management
- Stable and optimized processes for preventive- and reactive maintenance
- Budget-calculation and -controlling


Facility-Management:
Ensure a stable environment for office- as well for production area:
- Fulfill legal- and company-internal requirements, especially for EHS related topics
- Ensure stable processes
- Define and realize cost-saving projects
- Keep building, equipments and facilities in a good condition
- Budget-calculation and -controlling


EHS-Management and Security
Ensure a safe and legal working environment with regards to occupational health, environmental-protection and work-safety.
- Operate and improve the EHS-management system at MBPM
- Lead the EHS-team and support managers and employees on all Levels to be able to follow the related EHS rules
- Consult and advise employees and managers on EHS related questions
- Do regular assessments
- Communicate changes in EHS-system to all related people; keep regular communication with HQ


Ensure a secure plant operation:
- Manage the security guards and continuously optimize the processes
- Ensure that the firefighting system fulfills all legal- and company-internal requirements; do regular inspections and FF-drills.
- Ensure that security related equipments are always in operation
- Manage security related incidents onsite.

 HV-Battery project
- Steer and manage the entire project
- Ensure that all PGs are working in same directions and align interfaces between them
- Communicate changes in project regularly
- Decision-making for project-related decisions
- Lead the PG “TS” and “Operation” within the project. Realize the remanufacturing processes and operated them after SOP.
