IT-PARTNERS LIMITED was founded in 1996 with specialization in building network infrastructure and offering IT security solutions to a variety of customer base derived from financial, industrial, retail and services sectors. One of the business ofIT-PARTNERS is recruiting IT professionals for our clients which major in bank and government sector. To cope with our fast expanding business, we are now looking for bright, motivated and highly energetic candidates to fill up the position at our Hong Kong head office.

Responsibilities:

To perform daily system administration and support on Microsoft Exchange & AD system

1. To provide technical evaluation and recommend solutions, mainly on Microsoft Exchange & AD system related areas
2. To help on Microsoft Exchange & AD project implementation when required
3. To perform level 2 technical support and/or problem diagnosis on outlook client

Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma in computer science or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years technical support working experience in an organization with at least 1,000 users on:
3. Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure with multiple domains, hierarchy of domain controllers dispersed in international locations in high availability set up
4. Microsoft Exchange Server (On Perm) Infrastructure with multiple servers in high availability set up
5. Good team player
6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
7. Flexible to take up occasional off-office hours support and technical maintenance work

1. Certification holder of related Microsoft qualification is necessary
2. Experience on email system related infrastructure will be preferable, e.g. Cisco IronPort, FireEye
3. Certification holder of CISSP or CISA will be an advantage
