Job objective:
• Develop/improve RPA and other automation solutions to fulfil simple/normal requirements
• Responsible for smooth operation, system maintenance, debug and communicate with counterparties
• For SAP related requirements, play FMB/BT Hub role to collaborate with central and local teams

Task description:
- Provide automation solutions
1) Communicate with Business Analyst to fully understand business requirements
2) Provide (develop/improve) automation solutions
3) Perform Functional Testing & organize UAT
4) Provide user manual and user training to business requestors when needed


- Support operation
1) Monitor operation performance
2) Maintenance for bugs, system upgrades etc.
3) Communicate with counterparties for operating issues


- Cooperate with relative business partners
1) Cooperate with relative business partners, such as requestor for operation issue/ special requirements, Digital Solution – Develop team to exchange automation products information, IT for IT infrastructure issues, consulting companies for outsourced development requirements from technical wise etc.
2) Monitor external vendors’ development & maintenance quality and efficiency if needed

- FMB/BT Hub for SAP related requirements
1) Evaluate requirement, prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document)
2) Collaborate with FMB/BT HQ, central IT, FAO and local counterparties
3) Organize UAT
4) Manage go-live and post go-live support

- Other ad-hoc tasks from supervisors
