Job Responsibilities:

• Support sales team in technical pre-sales solutions across sites/regions
• Identify customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements to derive solutions
• Provide support to customers which include but not limited to global deployments solution design and deliverables
• Provide technical support in sales presentations, customer meetings, and trade shows business and market expertise
• Assist Service Delivery Manager in managing vendor relation and performance

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Network / IT related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-sales / Consultation/ Colocation industries
• Solid experience in Data Center infrastructure, Telecom, vendor management
• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived
• Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Occasional Travel is required
