If so, you could be our new colleague in Technical Service team for biofuel based in Beijing.
In your daily work, you’ll be responsible for:

• Develop and deliver solutions and
  services from our wide portfolio that solve complex technical issues and
  address customer needs;
• Working closely with global
  technical service network and R&D team to achieve the successful
  transfer of advanced enzyme products and knowledge to China to
  improve productivity and profits for customers;
• Providing guidance and information
  to Lab Assistants to secure fast, efficient and prioritized solving of
  tasks;
• Working with sales team to meet
  sales target and provide input to support industrial growth plan;
• Identify and initiate
  near-to-market projects based on the understanding of customer’s process
  and challenge;
• Give public speech at
  industrial/academic seminar to promote white biotechnology.
• Deliver products and services from
  our portfolio to maximize customers’ plant efficiency
• Provide enzymes technical
  information for customers
• Collaboration with technical team
  to exchange technical knowledge
• Initiate enzymes solution to fix
  customers’ problem
• Data analysis by using statistic
  and mathematics model for process monitoring and process optimization

In this position you need to have:

• Master degree/PHD, major in Grain Processing, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or other related fields;
• Solid science background, including starch-based crops, process engineering and statistical analysis;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Mandarin;
• Strong commitment in driving for excellence at work;
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Flexibility for taking business travels when necessary
