As a Business Applications Global Black Belt Specialist for Power Apps, you will be a senior solution sales leader within our enterprise sales organization working with teams selling to our most important customers. Your role is to lead and drive the transformation of customers solutions, drive the sales strategy and work across Engineering, Product Marketing, and in-market/region sales resources to drive revenue attainment, growth and customer adoption for our strategic and innovative Business SaaS offerings - namely, Power Apps

Responsibilities
- Support enterprise sales engagements as a Senior Platform Advisor. Act as the Platform SME when field sellers need a senior executive resource to accelerate an enterprise PowerApps opportunity.
- Establish a portfolio of customer evidence of marquee logos and share repeatable sales strategies to the Microsoft field. Be available to present in Executive briefings and high-profile Microsoft and Industry conferences
- Partner with Microsoft Research & Development and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product Marketing Leaders to inform and land the Worldwide Microsoft PowerApps Strategy. This roles spends significant time customer facing, and is in a unique position to influence and inform the Worldwide Go To Market strategy for PowerApps. This individual will work closely with R&D and Product Marketing throughout the release cycle to amplify customer and partner benefits associated with PowerApps and make recommendations for future product roadmap investments.
- Scale Field Knowledge and Build PowerApps Capacity in the Field - Microsoft is making significant investments in the field. This role will interface with Microsoft’s Dynamics sales managers assisting these leaders in bringing the best learning and certification materials to their dedicated technical sales resources.
- This role will also influence our Worldwide Learning and Readiness curriculum for Microsoft sellers and partners. On an ongoing basis, this role will package technical sales assets that can drive repeatable success and skill up the technical and field sales force
Areas of Responsibility & Accountability:
- Own billed revenue attainment, growth and utilization for PowerApps.
- Drive strategic business application wins by helping customers leverage PowerApps to drive Digital Transformation.
- Uncover and unlock strategic sales of PowerApps by engaging in customer workshops and executive briefings (EBCs) with marquee customers.
- External outreach and engagement, and trusted advisor relationships with customers, partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
- Serve as the point of escalation on critical business solution issues and pro-actively represent customer requirements in product feedback and planning processes.
- Remove sales blockers to enable key deals and transformation.
- Drive internal engagement by improve sales effectiveness, transferring knowledge, skills, and messaging to marketing and sales staff
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Mobile Application Development, REST APIs and User Experience Design with the associated data models.
- Background in Microsoft SharePoint development, InfoPath solutions, Microsoft Dynamics strongly desired 10+ years
- Ability to deeply understand what senior business decision makers in our customer organizations are looking for as they invest in business apps and workflow solutions and can translate their requirements into a PowerApps app or a flow that can demonstrate how we can make their business better.
- Experience as Sales Leader, Technical Evangelist, Product Management, or Senior leader experienced in working with enterprise customers to include those in regulated industries.
- Proven in driving vision and strategy, transformation, and business outcomes, and challenging industry leaders.
- Experienced and credible storyteller and communicator who can articulate the value of Platform Technology and lead conversations with high-level company executives and decision makers.
- Strategic thinker including ability to analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong collaborator and community lead who can develop to the growth of a global community of technology and sales professionals.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Certification in domain-specific technologies preferred
- Certification in the following technologies preferred: Power BI, Power Platform, Excel, Office 365
- Certification in information security preferred.
Travel: Approximately 30-40%
