Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support and technical services to end users
• Perform configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance of hardware and software
• Perform routine data backup and IT inventory update
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in IT technical support
• Experience in Microsoft Server, Windows and Office, PC hardware and networking
• Good team player, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
