Job Description
Job Description:
- Provide technical support on the desktop and software running on it to user community in shops and Office
- Provide non-office hours remote/on-call support on roster basis
- Procure/Install/Manage/Support/Maintain/Troubleshoot Endpoint Device, such as Computer/Laptop/iPad/iPod/Printer etc.
- Deal with vendors for the purchase/maintenance of hardware and software for users
- Update/Maintain inventory records of IT hardware & software
- Prepare documentation, user guides and training materials etc.
- Monitor IT systems health status and operation such as backup log, user access rights
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- DSE or above
- 1 year or above related experience, with experience in technical support is preferred. Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Familiar with Windows XP/7/8/10, MS Office/Office365, Computer Hardware assembly, Printer Setup & Configuration, iPad, iPod & Android Devices
- Knowledge of LAN, vLAN, TCP/IP, WLAN/WIFI, MDM
- MCP/MCSA of Windows 7/10/Office365 is preferred but not a must
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and systematically, work under pressure and highly organized
