Responsibilities:

Provide helpdesk support and technical services to end users

Perform configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance of hardware and software

Perform routine data backup and IT inventory update

Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines

At least 2 years working experience in IT technical support

Experience in Microsoft Server, Windows and Office, PC hardware and networking

Good team player, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills

Good command of Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
