Main Tasks/ Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to resolve technical problems encountered by dealers & customers
- Handling of technical queries & distribute all technical information to internal and external customers
- Prepare local PSI (Parts & Service Information) when required
- Provide technical feedbacks to related functions for improvement
- Assist and arrange field surveys conducted through R&D
- Initiate roll-out of campaigns for the region
Training:
- Provide technical training to internal staff, dealer technician, customer as required
- Training reporting updating/maintenance/analyses to seek improvements in training requirements and deliveries
- To assess dealers technical competence level.
Warranty:
- Make sure warranty claims to meet warranty terms & conditions and rules.
- Support dealers on daily warranty questions
- Claim judgment based on authorization level
- Analyzing of claims data
- Conduct necessarty Warranty trainings to improve dealers capacities
- Manage failed parts business.
- Other assignments from manager.
Required knowledge & experience:
1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
l Educational qualification: University/college degree in machinery, automotive, construction equipment, or related
l Strong technical knowledge
l Field experience in CE products is preferable
l Statistical/analytical/presentation knowledge & skills
l Paver technical related experience is preferable.
l Milling technical related experience is preferable.
l Compactor technical related experience is preferable.
2. Additional Important Requirements:
l English reading/speaking
l Computer operating (Windows, office)
