Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


1) Coordinate to customer for all product technical requirements and application. Need to understand the customer environment and analyze the possible actions and solutions.

2) Work with internal engineering team to translate customer requirements to let RD understand and able to provide solution

3) Responsible to fully understand the company product line especially specifications and application and help Sales and Customers understand the functions

4) Create technical documentations, including datasheet, manuals and marketing test report for product promotion and usage.

5) Perform analysis and testing for all products with customer complaint and products from production to avoid future problems.

6) Conduct regular training to Sale and provide information to develop more business

Other tasks that the superior may assign.

Job Requirements:


Education: Graduate of BS Engineering


Experience: At least 3 years solid experience in memory storage technology, test application, functionalities and usage;
Good communication skills especially English to customer and coordination with engineering and sales;
Motivated, team-player and good working attitude;
Experience in handling project pressure and project responsibility;


Skills: Must be knowledgeable in reading datasheet, manual, schematic.

Must be knowledgeable in simple programming for test application configuration.

Must know how to use oscilloscope, multimeter and other testing tools;

Must have strong technical problem-solving skills;

Good oral and written communication skills.
