Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all infrastructure activities related to IT systems, focusing on system platform (such as Windows, Linux) and Cloud infrastructure
• Maintain network infrastructure, including but not limited to LAN, VLAN, WAN, VoIP, CISCO Router and Switches, Juniper/Cisco/H3C firewall, remote access ( IPSec VPN & SDWAN), MPLS
• Maintain high network/system availability and ensure all equipment works properly
• Propose and execute continuous improvements on network/system operations
• Support service continuity measures i.e., backup/restore procedures, disaster recovery plan, business contingency plan
• Monitor and measure the performance and availability of systems proactively.
• Perform network/system implementation and project management
• Maintain VMWare virtualization, cloud environment (AWS)

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in network/system implementation and support
• Knowledge and experience in Windows and Linux platform, virtualization system, data center virtualization solution, content delivery system, proxy system, Cloud platform

• Solid experience on Switch, Router, Firewall, LAN/WAN, Sangfor, RiverBed
• Experience in monitoring tools such as MTRG, PRTG, SolarWind is a plus
• Certificate MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, VCP is highly preferable
• Experience with DevOps
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Travel to overseas country occasionally
• Must be able to learn and work independently, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills
