Duties:

• Assist in providing technical support and implementing security enhancement of Office Application Systems and IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support and advice to users
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
• At least 1 years IT support working experience
• Solid experience in Lotus Notes Admin & Support
• With previous work experience in user PC LAN support, Windows 7/8/10
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
