Responsibilities:

• Support, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve end user desktop/technical issues and requests.
• Work closely with IT/vendors/partners in support of IT projects/requests.
• Follow standard IT procedures for tracking of incidents/request & escalation.
• Work on shift rotation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT technical support role.
• Good Technical and Analytical Problem Solving skills
• Media industry background a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OSX, Google Apps, Digital Publishing Systems/workflow, Print/Video Editing supporting applications is a plus (Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Indesign, Photoshop).
• Excellent attitude, good communicator, customer service oriented.
• Must be a team player, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.

Shift times

• A: 9am-6pm
• B: 5pm-2am
• C: 0:00am - 09:00am
