Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for technical support in hardware and software issues
• Perform help desk support queries and computer operation duties for end users
• Handle computer operation duties such as trouble-shooting, PC operation, etc.
• Participate in IT procurement and implementation
• Perform other duties assigned by senior

Requirements: 

• Form 5 / DSE (5 subjects passed including Chinese and English) with 2 years relevant experience or Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• Experience in IT support, system installation and maintenance
• Some experiences in supporting Microsoft Windows, Linux
• Knowledge on IT network and equipment (switch, router, firewall, servers, VMware, SAN, etc.) is preferable
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• HK Permanent resident is required
