• Engaged in repairing, maintenance, installation of machines, tools and equipment.

• Provide technical support to customer related company’s range of products.

• Provide training and attend to the inquiries of the customers on the operation of the machine.

• Acquiring new account and maintain the existing account for machine maintenance.

• Involve in preparing the quotation, service contract and training material to the customer.

• Responsible for achieving the monthly service target assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Materials/Biomedical Engineering or any Science Discipline (Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical etc).

• Knowledge in semiconductor, hard disk, research and electronics manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage.

• Candidate with working experience in service environment will be given preference. Position level offered will be based on total years of experience, knowledge & qualification.

• Experience in industrial microscope, bond tester ，C-sam and X-ray equipments would be an added advantage.

• Possess strong analytical mind and desire for success.

• Strong communications skills, presentation skills, good interpersonal skills and leadership skills are essential qualities.

• Excellent command of written or verbal English & Chinese.

• Knowledge on other languages verbal or written such as Japanese etc will be deemed as strong added advantage.
