1.Lead projects, and responsible for new products development and technical support.

2.Provide guidance to lab technician in agro formulation application test and development.

3.Work with agro market development (MD) manager on promotion of ** ** products to customer by providing technical information / advice / solutions before / during sales process according to business strategies. Review projects progress and customers follow-ups with agro MD team regularly.

4.Handle with requirements, questions or complaints from customers about product properties or applications, and provide suggestions or solutions by experiences or test results.

5.Collaborate with overseas colleagues on global projects, communicate work progress and share test result.

6.Assist MD manager for market survey, collect information and analyze competitors’ products, and provide relevant report.

7.Cooperate with MD manager and R&D engineers to find new opportunities (new products, new application areas of existing products, new customers and etc.) in the marketplace. Make corresponding application evaluation and find the selling points.

8.Prepare and update product document package which includes product information sheets, specifications and presentation of property and performance and provide to MD manager or customers when required.

9.Provide product samples to customers from MD manager requirements and follow up the feedback of samples from customers together with MD manager and ensure the sampling activities are effective.

10.Support and organize product and technical trainings.

11.Assist R&D manager on the implementation of management systems and work on the continued improvement of these systems.

12.Make suggestions and support lab new equipment investment activities and assist R&D 13.Responsible for the activities in agro lab. Ensure efficient utilization of lab equipment, agro laboratory is in good condition and all lab work is done safely and effectively.

14.Ensure compliance of SHE and 5S requirements in agro lab.

任职要求：

1.BS or above in surface chemistry, applicable chemistry, agro-chemistry, or surfactants.

2.3 year or longer experience in agrochemical company with familiarizing in EW, SC, OD, WG, SL, EC, ME, SE, and/or CS formulations.

3.Good communication skills

4.Proactive work style and team player

5.Good command of English in writing, speaking, and listening

6.Domestic travel with occasional overseas travel is required.
