Area of activities

• Providing support at material trials on customer sites.
• Providing training for our customers.
• Management of claims and complains according the guidelines.
• Conducting tests with new developments of packaging materials.
• Building of relationship with customer technical staff.
• Compile detailed reports of all visits.
• Communication of customer needs to production, technical manager and KAMs
• Management of the own expense budget

Area of responsibilities

Located in Thailand – the working area would include other countries according the company needs

Profile of qualification

a. Professional Competence

• Completed Study (university/college) in the field of engineering, packaging, business or technology
• At least 5 years working experience on aseptic filling machines, have a sound knowledge of old and new platform aseptic filling machines
• Extensive knowledge and experience in production and quality processes in the aseptic packaging industry
• English
  

b. Social and methodological competence

• Very good communication and coordination competence
• Quick perception
• Resilience
