Job Duties:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance and operation of the central CCTV platform
• Assist in managing and configuring the platform, system policies and camera connections
• Assist in the implementation, maintenance and operation of the Video Content Analytic system and the integration to the central CCTV platform
• Monitor service performance, perform proactive system tuning and upgrade, software/application patching and develop scripts for system automation job for streamline daily administrative and operation tasks of CCTV platform
• Trouble-shoot and co-ordinate maintenance jobs for the CCTV System Infrastructure
• Handle user requests and system administrative works
• Provide after-office-hour standby/emergency support duties as and when required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or his/her delegates
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• 1-3 years’ experience in IT Support
• Preferably have experience in programming skills especially powershell and shell scripts
• Have strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
