Job Description

Your responsibility
- Provide technical materials at the stage when new products are put on the market, including maintenance manuals, lists of spare parts, installation instructions, etc. Provide corresponding training to the after-sales service staff
- Make training plans in accordance with the need of technical products or services Personnel, and take the responsibility of the trainings
- Technical support to local sales & Services
- Offer immediate technical support, make maintenance announcements, answer questions about technology and the quality of the products; and Give solutions to technical problems
- Take advantage of the local sales networks, collect statistic data, and finish reports on the quality of the products
- Follow the latest development of Products technology, to guarantee a synchronized level of knowledge of the products with competitors
- Deal with critical technical and quality-related problems including major customer complaints, monitor the development of them and record
- Make the regular report for the customer complaint, cooperate with related department as well as marketing to analyze quality status, and push for product improvement
- Be familiar with and experience in project management
- Coordinate with other departments
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- More than 3 years work experience in tech-related service management
- Entry level of English
- Microsoft Office skills & Lotus Notes
- Stable, devoted, and passionate
- Honest
- Good teamwork spirit
