Andor Technology Ltd is a one of the world’s leading scientific camera and spectral solution manufacturers and optical systems integrators with offices throughout the world. The team is located in Beijing and Shanghai provides specialist knowledge and support for sales throughout China. Reflecting our commitment to the Chinese market we now seek a Technical Support Engineer to be responsible for in-house installation and user training, on-site trouble shooting, and manage return repair process for Andor scientific cameras, spectrographs and accessories.

MAIN FUNCTION OF JOB

Provide technical support for Andor Research Products (cameras， spectragraphs etc. )

KEY TASKS AND DUTIES:

1. Field installation and user training.

2. Trouble shooting for cameras, spectrographs and related accessories.

3. Co-ordinate with engineering and operation team in headquarters, and local sales team.

4. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager.

About you:

We’d like to see that you have

? Physics or EE education background, Optical/Optical-Electronics would also be very good. Bachelor or master degree.

? Good knowledge and some experience on optical path alignment if you have working experience.

? Strong will to face and diagnose technical problem.

? Good on managing parallel works.

? No problem on travel (normally within 1 week, and less than 1 travel per week).

? No problem on reading and writing in English, strong spoken English is preferred
