Job Duties:

• To perform network equipment installation and configuration;
• To perform system administration, management and trouble-shooting;
• To coordinate with programmer for installation or upgrade IT equipment for new applications;
• To assist to classify E&M equipment information for digitization;
• To carry out photo-shooting and scanning of O&M manual, as-built drawings, part plans, T&C records and statutory certificates under different systems;
• To perform conversion of CAD drawings to file format for uploading to DDS;
• To generate system reports for statistic and reporting to management;
• To update and maintain system’s hardware and software inventory;
• To perform other IT services or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science and related Engineering disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience in IT operations support
• Experience in Data/File Backup Technology
• Experience in Network and System Management
• Experience in System Implementation and Maintenance or Support
• Knowledge in control and operation of computer systems or helpdesk/computer network operations
• Knowledge in MS Windows applications, MS Office and Acrobat applications
