Drive service excellence – oversees BP FSEs performing inspections; audits service provided to customers to ensure all standards are met and repair works are carried out effectively 2. Develop BP’s service knowledge level – identify knowledge gap and assist in training courses arrangement 3. Monitor customer complaints, analyze service tickets and report product/parts malfunctions. 4. Asist in selling and implementing LD and POC IT solutions 5. Improve profitability of service business, ensure customer satisfaction and retention Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in medical/ engineering or medical technology is preferred 2. More than 4 yrs as Service Specialist and a proven record in similar position, supported by management and customer references 3. Experience in service management and managing cross-functional teams is a plus. 4. with IT background/knowledge is a plus.
