Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and implement training plan to meet the service requirement, where include interns, new hires and existing service personnel and dealers’ application representatives;
- Continuously improve the service team’s effectiveness and efficiency by organizing and executing advanced trainings, introducing new technologies and promoting sharing within the team;
- Develop and maintain expert teams for each product category;
- Act as a communication conduit for Immunology and Biochemistry application technical product information ;
- Promote standardized field customer training, integration, application problems troubleshooting procedures;
- Build and implement customer advanced training to improve customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years related experience;
- Strong learning capability & always be hungry to new technologies;
- Dedicate to support and coach others;
- Good English capability;
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills;
