Job Description

The Job

  • Perform on-site hardware service support and troubleshooting
  • PC hardware and basic software installation, data migration and relocation
  • PC hardware maintenance and support services
  • Identify problems which are related to software and hardware

The Requirement

  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
  • Good knowledge of TCP / IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
  • Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
