Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support for internal users;
• Provide technical support for networking and hardware operations;
• Perform data backup and recovery;
• Assist in server administration and performing health check;
  
• Managing hardware and software inventory items.
    
  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related discipline;
• At least 2 years’ experience in technical support and server administration;
• Familiar with PC networking, Windows Server, Office 365 and VMWare;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Putonghua;
• Immediately available is preferred.
