#### Position Description:
We are looking for an Internship Student or Fresh Graduate to join Lenovo as a
Technical Support intern!
Do you want to get hands on experience in IT area while working in one of the
leading technology companies in the world? Then we have a unique opportunity
for you where you can put your knowledge into practice and learn from Lenovo's
experienced technicians while working on real life tasks.
In this role you will support our EMEA Level 2 Technical Support Engineers who
provide post sales support to Lenovo customers, business partners and service
partners in managing customer complaints, technical escalations and critical
situations as part of overall Warranty Service provision for Lenovo EMEA
customers.
You will have opportunity to:
\- Learn how to provide advanced Technical support for Lenovo customers.
\- Work directly with Account teams and Customers to identify and replicate
technical issues.
\- Ensure professional and timely communication with Lenovo customers to
secure their issue is being understood, worked out and fixed.
#### Position Requirements:
• Prior experience in IT area is advantage(study or internship) but not
mandatory
• English language – B2 ( both written and verbal)
• Organized person with attention to detail
• Proactive team player with positive approach
• Open minded person willing to learn new things
• Knowledge of MS Excel

This is a paid internship. 20 hours/ week (4,5 EUR /hour)
