Job summary
Primary job responsibilities
- Validate, clean, and update customer contact information in the customer relationship management system
- Educate on and guide new customers through the registration process and use of the customer portal
- Answer frequently asked questions from customers about Red Hat’s subscriptions
- Resolve customer issues regarding the use of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and its frequently used features
- Proactively follow up on customer tickets via phone, email, and web
Required skills
- Majoring in computer science or other scientific or technical field
- College English Test CET4
- Enthusiastic about working with people
- Experience with Linux operating system and open source is a plus
