Job Description

Main Duties

  • Manage the Technical Support Team to give prompt and effective support to the critical aircraft maintenance activities by providing technical advice and manpower backup
  • Make sure all work accomplished or supported by the Technical Support Team reached the standard required by the customers, regulatory authorities and the Company
  • Aim at increasing the operation efficiency by minimizing the aircraft delay time
  • Manage and develop the Hong Kong based operators and KPI Systems
  • Carry out internal safety and quality audits and make sure the findings are properly rectified
  • Liaise with the customers and/or QA with regard to customized/regulatory procedures, audit findings investigations
  • Keep update and review the CASL MOE and EPM

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years working experience in aircraft maintenance, in which at least 3 years in supervisory level
  • Possess of HKAR66 license is of advantage
  • Proven experience in servicing, inspections, defect trouble-shooting, repair, rectification and maintenance certification of aircraft maintenance
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Be a good team player and able to communicate with all level of staff
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
