Job Description
Main Duties
- Manage the Technical Support Team to give prompt and effective support to the critical aircraft maintenance activities by providing technical advice and manpower backup
- Make sure all work accomplished or supported by the Technical Support Team reached the standard required by the customers, regulatory authorities and the Company
- Aim at increasing the operation efficiency by minimizing the aircraft delay time
- Manage and develop the Hong Kong based operators and KPI Systems
- Carry out internal safety and quality audits and make sure the findings are properly rectified
- Liaise with the customers and/or QA with regard to customized/regulatory procedures, audit findings investigations
- Keep update and review the CASL MOE and EPM
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years working experience in aircraft maintenance, in which at least 3 years in supervisory level
- Possess of HKAR66 license is of advantage
- Proven experience in servicing, inspections, defect trouble-shooting, repair, rectification and maintenance certification of aircraft maintenance
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Be a good team player and able to communicate with all level of staff
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
