Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Provide on-site hardware and software network installations and setup such as workstations, printers, mobile devices, security products and server platforms and;
-
Perform both hardware and software troubleshooting and cooperate with our IT Officer in Mainland China and;
-
Supporting Microsoft Office, VPN, SharePoint, User Client Hardware, Mobile devices, user accounts and permissions and;
-
Using remote administration tools to resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and printers and;
-
Develop and maintain good working relationship with customers and;
-
Provide ad-hoc service supports to different departments in the group
Requirements:
-
University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline and;
-
Minimum 5 years working experience in field service environment or IT related discipline and;
-
Solid experience in system setup and configuration (Windows, Application Server, etc.) and;
-
Familiar with IP network design and implementation and;
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Putonghua and;
-
Willing to travel in Mainland China on a irregular base and accept emergency assignment
