Job Description
Job Duties:
- Providing technical on-site, face to face VIP IT support, including installation, PC troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance
- Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions
- Provides end to end user support, advice and guidance including document recovery, emails & personal folder recovery, data management & mobile managed provisioning
- Resolve hardware and software issues on computer devices and handheld devices
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT related subjects
- At least 3-year relevant experience
- Excellent client facing experience
- Have extensive VIP support experience
- Have a broad background in hardware support for both laptops & mobile phones (iOS/Android)
- Fluent English is a must
- Independent and self-motivated with good communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
