Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Providing technical on-site, face to face VIP IT support, including installation, PC troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance
  • Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions
  • Provides end to end user support, advice and guidance including document recovery, emails & personal folder recovery, data management & mobile managed provisioning
  • Resolve hardware and software issues on computer devices and handheld devices

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT related subjects
  • At least 3-year relevant experience
  • Excellent client facing experience
  • Have extensive VIP support experience
  • Have a broad background in hardware support for both laptops & mobile phones (iOS/Android)
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Independent and self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
