• Candidates, well conversant with computer hardware and software installation, should have experience in help desk support and trouble shooting.  Prefer at least 2 years working experience with exposure to MS Office and Chinese word processing. The successful candidate should be qualified with a diploma in Information Systems or relevant disciplines.  Shift duties (with allowances) might be required for some positions.
